দি প্রিমিয়ার ব্যাংক লিমিটেড এবং হজ্জ এজেন্সিজ অ্যাসোসিয়েশন অব বাংলাদেশ (হাব) এর সমঝোতা চুক্তি

দি প্রিমিয়ার ব্যাংক লিমিটেড এবং হজ্জ এজেন্সিজ অ্যাসোসিয়েশন অব বাংলাদেশ (হাব) এর মধ্যে সমঝোতা চুক্তি হয়েছে। এ চুক্তির ফলে হাব এর আওতায় সারাদেশে যেসব এজেন্সি রয়েছে তারা ব্যাংকের মাধ্যমে হজ্জ যাত্রীদের সকল লেনদেন কার্যক্রম সম্পন্ন করবে। কোনও বার্ষিক সদস্য ফি ছাড়াই ব্যাংক হাব সদস্যদের প্রিপেইড হজ্জ কার্ড এবং দ্বৈত মুদ্রা’র ডেবিট / ক্রেডিট কার্ড (ভিসা এবং মাস্টার কার্ড) প্রদান করবে। এছাড়া, হাব এজেন্টদের সৌদি আরবের যে কোনও ব্যাংকের সাথে ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলতে পূর্ণ সহযোগিতা পরবর্তীতে বাড়ি ভাড়া এবং অন্যান্য অনুমোদিত খরচ প্রদানের জন্য (উভয় সরকারের অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে)। ব্যাংকের যে কোনো শাখায় হাব সদস্যরা ক্যাশ এবং অনলাইন ক্লিয়ারিংয়ের জন্য বিনা খরচে চেক জমা দিতে পারবেন।

অন্যান্যদের মধ্যে প্রিমিয়ার ব্যাংকের অতিরিক্ত ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক মোঃ আব্দুল জব্বার চৌধুরী, ডেপুটি ম্যানেজিং ডিরেক্টর শামসুদ্দিন চৌধুরী, ডেপুটি ম্যানেজিং ডিরেক্টর মোহাম্মদ শাহ্ আলম; ইসলামিক ব্যাংকিং ডিভিশনের হেড, সিনিয়র এক্সিকিউটিভ ভাইস প্রেসিডেন্ট ও হজ্জ প্রজেক্ট কমিটির সেক্রেটারি মো. কবীর হোসেন; সিনিয়র ভাইস প্রেসিডেন্ট ও ব্র্যান্ড, মার্কেটিং এবং জনসংযোগ বিভাগের প্রধান তারেক উদ্দিন এবং হাবের সহ-সভাপতি মাওলানা ইয়াকুব শরাফতী, মহাসচিব ফারুক আহমদ সরদার ও অন্যান্য সিনিয়র কর্মকর্তাবৃন্দ অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত ছিলেন।

Premier Bank signs a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Hajj Agencies Association of Bangladesh (HAAB)

The Premier Bank Limited recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Hajj Agencies Association of Bangladesh (HAAB) where HABB members will open accounts with the Bank for depositing Hajj related fees and expenses of Hajj Pilgrims. The Bank will provide specialized services to HAAB members to ensure smooth transactions. Bank will issue Prepaid Hajj card & Dual Currency Debit/Credit Card (VISA & Master Card) to HAAB Members without any Annual Membership fee provided that they maintain their account with the Bank. Besides, Bank will give full Cooperation to Hajj Agents to open Bank account with any Bank in Saudi Arabia subject to the approval of both the Governments for remittance to provide house rent and other approved costs through that account. HAAB Members can deposit Cash and Cheque for Online Clearing at any Branch of the Bank without any charge.

Honorable Managing Director & CEO of The Premier Bank Limited M. Reazul Karim, FCMA and Mr. M. Shahdat Hossain Taslim, President, HAAB has signed the agreement on behalf of the respective organizations.

Kabir Hossain, Senior Executive Vice President & Head of Islamic Banking Division; Senior Vice President & Head of Brand Marketing & Communication, Mr. Tareq Uddin and other Executives of the bank were also present. On the other hand, Maulana Eyaqub Sharafati, Vice President, HAAB; Mr. Faruque Ahmed Sardar, General Secretary, HAAB; and other Senior Executives of HAAB also attended the signing ceremony.
